There are over 87 different women or groups of women mentioned in the Book of Mormon and I was hoping more of them would be included. Still, most people don't even know that are more than 2 or 3 women mentioned in the Book of Mormon, let alone the 12 that were included in this book.   On another occasion, the Prophet said: “God has forbidden for you to be undutiful to your mothers.” (Sahih Al-Bukhari) In the first hadith, the Prophet highlights the importance of the mother over the father by repeating “your mother” three times and then saying “your father” once in .

During his reign over Judea, an angel of God was sent to Mary to tell her she would be the Mother of the Son of God. The Book of Jonah In this story we read of a prophet who was swallowed by a huge fish for three day then returned safely to dry land, this symbolic meaning represents the three days Jesus spent in the tomb before his resurrection.   The Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse -- War, Strife, Famine and Death -- ride over the Earth, leaving destruction in their wake. The four riders were first envisaged in the Bible's Book .

Kings - מְלָכִים, or Βασιλεῖζ in Greek, was originally a Book of the Former Prophets in Hebrew Scripture. The Book was divided into the two books of First Kings and Second Kings in the Historical Books of the Greek Septuagint Old Testament, and continues as such in the Latin Vulgate and our Christian Old Testament of the Bible. The Books of Kings are preceded by the Historical. While the book of Amos captures the prophet’s message to the northern kingdoms of Israel, Amos is a good summary of God’s call throughout the prophets to everyone who strays like a lamb from God. Seek the LORD that you may live, Or He will break forth like a fire Amos (NASB).
